10 COMPONENTS
1. Eat healthy and healing foods
- This will enable your mind and body to function at optimal levels, revitalizing and detoxing your temple.
This influences your thoughts.
2. Detox
- Remove all toxins from your life, both internal and external. These include those in the food you eat, in the food you've already eaten, and absorbed from your environment.
This influences your thoughts.
3. Exercise
- This facilitates body processes and energizes all organ systems.
This influences your thoughts.
4. Get a Life Coach
- Experience a cognitive transformation. A Life Coach can direct you in finding the correct path.
This influences your thoughts.
5. Encourage positivity
- Use self-help books, cd's, and tapes to empower you with positivity. The more positivity the less negativity.
- Surround yourself with positive people
You will absorb the traits of those you spend time with, therefore let them be positive people.

6. Manage stress
- Read a book, soak in the tub, listen to soothing mood music, take a nap. Do whatever it takes to relieve stress.

7. Organize
- Home, auto, office. The more that your life is organized, the better your life is lived.

8. Learn self-defense
- Learning to protect oneself increases confidence.

9. Become more spiritual
- Search for enlightenment and appreciate your creator.

The power of prayer is healing.

10. Be yourself
- Become enveloped within the first 9 components. Use them for positve change and to shape a new attitude and belief system. Take all of this and make it your own. Believe in you and your abilities then just simply "BE YOURSELF".
